Al-Nasoor Square Under Construction to Improve Traffic in Baghdad

Baghdad (iina) – After an announcement given by the Prime Minister of Iraq, Mohammad Shiaa Al-Sudani, a new project of construction at Al-Nasoor square in the centre of Baghdad is taking place. The aim of this project is to cause less traffic congestion in the city.

A Chinese company is managing the design and development of the constructions which includes three tunnels, two overpasses, and road expansions that will improve traffic. Prime Minister Al-Sudani expressed his commitment into making large improvements for the well-being of the citizens of Iraq.
