Al-Sudani, Barzani Discuss Future of Federal-KRG Relations in Erbil

Prime Minister Mohammed S. Al-Sudani met with President of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, Mr. Nechirvan Barzani, in Erbil to discuss critical national issues and reinforce collaboration between the federal government and the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG). During the visit, Prime Minister Al-Sudani congratulated President Barzani on the successful elections of the Kurdistan Region Parliament, voicing his support for ongoing dialogues among Kurdistan’s political forces to shape the new regional government.
