Banati, a small business enterprise, was founded in Baghdad by Hafsa Ali. The brand was founded to meet the demands for haircare products made with ingredients that have been proven to be effective but still trustworthy with no side-effects. Hafsa initially worked alongside her sisters but since demand increased, they have hired 15 employees to share the workload.
The success of the products is not surprising as they use high quality ingredients which include castor oil, sesame, flax, stone-pressed olive oil In addition to the best-selling rosemary oil which have been proven to boost hair growth.
Banat hopes to expand its line to include skincare products as well, whilst maintaining its focus on natural, high quality ingredients.
