The Iraqi Fashion House marked the International Day of Female Judges with a distinguished historical fashion show, held at the Abbasid Palace in Baghdad. Organised by the Iraqi Female Judges Association under the theme “You”, the event celebrated the role of women in the judiciary with a display of artistic and cultural heritage.
The fashion house presented a striking collection inspired by the grandeur of Islamic civilisation, reflecting the status of women in history. The event was attended by high-ranking officials, including the President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Faeq Zidane, Minister of Migration and Displacement Ms. Evan Faeq, and Minister of Communications Dr. Hiyam Al-Yasiri, alongside judicial and diplomatic figures.
Set against the backdrop of the Abbasid Palace, the show seamlessly blended tradition and luxury, with designs that highlighted the richness of Islamic heritage. Attendees praised the elegance and authenticity of the garments, which added a unique artistic and cultural depth to the occasion. The event reinforced Baghdad’s legacy as a centre of civilisation, art, and history.
