Iraq and Shell Discuss Energy Growth

Prime Minister of Iraq, Mohammed Al-Sudani met with Shell CEO Wael Sawan in a significant move to strengthen Iraq’s economic ties. The meeting, took place on Wednesday January 15th, 2025, and focused on improving cooperation between Iraq and Shell, one of the world’s leading companies in the oil and gas industry.

The discussions were focusing on increasing investment opportunities for Iraq’s energy sector.
