Iraq’s Minister of Finance, Taif Sami, held an important meeting with Nasir Mammadov, the Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan, at the ministry’s headquarters in Baghdad. This meeting focused on fostering economic transactions and exploring opportunities to enhance bilateral relations between the two nations.
Minister Taif Sami emphasised the critical importance of bolstering economic collaboration across various sectors of mutual interest. She reaffirmed the Ministry of Finance’s commitment to facilitating partnerships and promoting foreign investment as a means to support and invigorate Iraq’s economy.
