Iraq-Greece Forum Focuses on Bilateral Trade Opportunities

The Iraqi-Greek Business Forum convened today in Baghdad, bringing together key stakeholders from Iraq and Greece to explore avenues for mutual economic and investment growth. Organised by the Iraqi Chambers of Commerce, in collaboration with the Arab-Greek Chamber and the Greek Embassy in Baghdad, the forum showcased a shared commitment to encourage sustainable development through bilateral cooperation.

The event featured the participation of the Investment and Development Committee, led by its Chairman, MP Hassanein Qasim Al-Khafaji. Speaking at the forum, Al-Khafaji highlighted the importance of strengthening ties between Iraq and Greece, particularly in the fields of investment and economic development. He emphasised the need for both nations to exchange expertise and implement joint projects that would drive growth and contribute to sustainable economic progress.

This forum shows the vital role of international partnerships in advancing Iraq’s development goals and provides a platform to engage in meaningful dialogue, paving the way for collaborative opportunities in various sectors.
