Baghdad International Fair witnessed the launch of the third edition of the Iraq International Real Estate, Investment, and Building Supplies Exhibition. The event features participation from over 116 local, Arab, and international companies and will run from May 15 to May 18, 2024. The exhibition was successfully organised by Majd Al-Aamal Company.
Participation in the Iraq International Real Estate, Investment, and Building Supplies Exhibition provided a valuable opportunity for real estate companies to showcase their products and services to the target audience, aiming to reach potential investors, developers, and other professionals in the sector.
Among the participating companies were Bayti Properties, Kotan, Dulux, Al Naji Group, Modon and many more, contributing to sustainable development, digital transformation and urban planning.
The exhibition highlighted the volume of investment opportunities available in Iraq and introduced the facilities and capabilities in line with the development of designs, plans, environment, and society. This comes in light of the government’s practical approach to addressing housing crises and urban expansion through the launch of projects to implement thousands of housing units across Iraq and initiate projects to alleviate congestion.
