Iraqi Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates, Dr. Muzaffar Mustafa Al-Jubouri, recently met with UAE Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Khalifa Shaheen Al-Marar, at the Ministry’s headquarters in Abu Dhabi. The discussion focused on strengthening bilateral ties between Iraq and the UAE, considering current regional developments.
The two officials exchanged views on regional challenges, the political and economic climate, and underscored the value of joint cooperation between their nations. Both expressed appreciation for the historical depth of Iraq-UAE relations and the importance of further strengthening these connections to benefit both peoples.
Ambassador Al-Jubouri highlighted the significance of deepening cooperation, commending the UAE’s constructive steps and the collaborative efforts to broaden partnerships across various sectors. Minister Khalifa Shaheen Al-Marar reaffirmed the UAE leadership’s commitment to advancing relations with Iraq to align with mutual interests.
The meeting concluded with both sides emphasizing the need for ongoing consultation and coordination to support regional security, stability, and sustainable development.
