Two employees from the Ministry of Planning have been honoured with awards at the National Job Day Festival, held under the auspices of the Council of Ministers.
The Council of Ministers’ decree committee recognised 130 outstanding employees from various government departments across Iraq with the Iraq Creativity Award for Job Innovation. Among these, two awards were given to the Ministry of Planning. Engineer Muthanna Abdulqader Saadi received the Job Innovation Award for his initiative, “Creating a New Innovator Programme… A Scientific Recreational Space for Outstanding Students.” The other award went to Mr Ihab Ayad Abbas for his initiative, “Transforming the Data Management Environment from Physical to Digital to Achieve Maximum Efficiency and Flexibility in Work.”
The awards were presented by Mr Arif Al-Saadi, the cultural advisor to the Prime Minister, Engineer Mohammed Shia’ Al-Sudani, during a ceremony held at the University of Baghdad last Saturday.
