Qatari Minister of Culture Visits Iraqi National Museum

Qatar’s Minister of Culture, Abdulrahman bin Hamad bin Jassim Al Thani, paid a visit to the Iraqi National Museum on Tuesday as part of a broader cultural mission aimed at deepening ties between Qatar and Iraq.

Accompanied by senior Iraqi cultural officials, the Qatari Minister toured the museum’s renowned exhibits, which chronicle Iraq’s vast civilisational heritage.

The visit forms part of ongoing preparations for the upcoming Qatari Cultural Week in Baghdad, which will showcase a variety of artistic and cultural activities representing the richness of Qatari heritage. The event is a key initiative within the framework of the growing cultural cooperation between the two nations.

Minister Abdulrahman Al Thani arrived in Baghdad on Monday, leading a high-level delegation from the Qatari Ministry of Culture.
