Youth Forum Hosts Interactive Computer Course for Students

The Youth Culture and Arts Department, in collaboration with the Al-Kadhimiya Culture and Arts Forum and Dijlah Intermediate School for Boys, recently organised a three-day computer course attended by 40 students.

The course was led by Engineer Hassan Fouad Youssef, who provided an interactive introduction to essential computer skills. Participants were introduced to the Word system, learning fundamental tasks such as creating and deleting folders, selecting font types and sizes, and preparing tables with fields and shading. Practical exercises included writing and formatting specific texts, fostering hands-on learning.

The sessions were engaging and student-focused, with participants actively raising questions, which were addressed comprehensively by the lecturer.

Such programmes demonstrate the importance of integrating technology training within cultural and educational frameworks, ensuring students are well-prepared for future academic and professional pursuits.
